Love Hate relationship

So its winter again, walk outside in anything less than 2 layers and you'll regret it a few seconds later, not fun when you are running for a bus so its either turning up for class late, or freezing your ass off and possible catching a nasty cold.

I personally love and hate winter, thats right, love and hate, not those pansy words like like and dislike.

So I love winter because:

• Its easy to get comfortable, just wrap up, get some chocolate, turn the heater on and your set, and by god its heavenly
• Its just cold, which is way better than being hot as i'd rather freeze to death rather than burn
• I'm a kiwi at heart, so the cold is ever so nice and refreshing
• Cold weather seems to be better for my complection (yeah shut up) and i tend to not get pimples during this time of year

And i hate winter because:

• Waking up in the morning is a bitch because 8 hours of sleeping under 4 blankets has turned you into a mini oven and everything outside is like disney on ice
• Theres too much risk of getting a cold and i hate being sick
• The cold weather dries and cracks my face and lips which sucks because i have naturallly dry skin and showering in hot water is even worse for dry skin so bleh
• Getting rained on and squelching home
